By accessing or using Copia's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Description of Service
Copia provides an AI-powered quote follow-up platform for service businesses. Our platform helps businesses automate SMS follow-up messages to customers who have requested service quotes.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Copia, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Only send messages to customers who have provided their phone number for quote-related communications
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including SMS/telemarketing laws
- Honor opt-out requests immediately
- Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
SMS Messaging Compliance
By using Copia's SMS features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have obtained proper consent from customers before entering their phone numbers
- Messages sent through our platform are transactional follow-ups related to quote requests
- You will not use our platform to send promotional or marketing messages without explicit consent
- You are responsible for complying with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and other applicable regulations
- You will honor all opt-out requests
Acceptable Use
You may not use Copia to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam)
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Copia platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Copia and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
